I am Inspired to publish, are you compelled to read?
I felt compelled to author this book titled, Beyond Vengeance to Forgiveness.
Since the transformational experience of Christ’s Forgiveness–the Healing Touch to my heart and soul–I desire to share of the Goodness of God. I want to proclaim to anyone and everyone what Christ has done for me. Spreading the Word has become my mission in life.
Yesterday, I was reading Scripture passages about people who were Healed by the Savior. The one experience I identify with most is in the book of Luke, chapter eight, verses thirty-eight and thirty-nine. The King James Version of the Bible passage reads:
38 Now the man out of whom the devils were departed besought him that he might be with him: but Jesus sent him away, saying,
39 Return to thine own house and shew how great things God hath done unto thee. And he went his way and published throughout the whole city how great things Jesus had done unto him.
Like the demoniac’s experience related in these verses, I have a great deal to be thankful for. It is impossible to contain the Glorious Truth of what Christ has done in me and for me. In turn, Christ has been compelling me, working through me, to spread my testimony of His Forgiveness, His Transformative Power.
In this book I authored, I share from deep in my being of all that Jesus Christ is doing to bless my life. If you’re reading this today, I like to think the Lord has compelled YOU to visit and READ. By beholding the Transformative Power of Jesus Christ, you can be changed! By accepting Him as Lord of your life, accepting His Forgiveness and proclaiming Him as your Savior—I assure you of change for the Good. I have that Blessed Assurance and I know He wants to bestow it on you.
